The Alma Rooms were born out of lived experience, as a Psychotherapist in long-term private practice, I know how much the right space can hold, contain, and support meaningful work.
This space was created to meet a need: for rooms that feel calm without being clinical, quiet without being cold, and professional without being performative.
I’m Ashley , the founder and current Resident Psychotherapist at The Alma Rooms. I continue my own private practice here, and every detail of the space reflects the standards I hold in my practice: care, clarity, and respect for the work people come here to do.
